We're born into this world forlorn
escaping astronomical brainstorm
leaving a warm blissful basin of dreams
squeezing through the narrow passage to freedom
being awakened by our own dreadful screams
drinking eating and fertilizing the earth
discovering latter it was all done in vain
feeling emotion and intellectual pain
through the years shows up as gain
we didn't have the words to speak
all we did just seemed a treat
to those who wallowed in deceit
the world we live in's not so sweet.
