Daily Steps To Good Physical, Mental And Spiritual Health

Have faith and trust in God.
Read, believe and obey the Bible.
Pray, meditate and act on your knowledge.
Embrace an attitude of gratitude and joy.
Get along with others.
Do not smoke.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Do not drink pop or juice.
Drink a cup of water half an hour before every meal.
Eat all natural food only, with no artificial preservatives or colour added.
Main meals should be half vegetables, one quarter starchy food and one quarter meat or fish.
Eat a variety of foods.
Switch to using sea salt with trace minerals intact.
Eat nuts.
Eat plenty of fruit and raw vegetables.
Eat the fruit between meals.
Get some exercise.
Get some sunlight.
Get some fresh air.
Get proper rest.
